1 Month!

I'm already falling behind and it is only the first month! Poor Laurel. It is hard to believe we have already made it a full month (well, 5 weeks at this point). We are still adjusting, but it gets a tad bit easier each day. And now that she is here, I really can't imagine our family with out her. I feel really lucky that I have a few months of one on one time with her while Maya is in daycare.

- Laurel is turning out to be much more vocal than her sister ever was. When she is hungry, look out, she does not hesitate to let you know and expects it immediately.

- We think she is starting to give us a few smiles, although it is a bit early so we could just be imagining it.

- She is growing like a weed and seems to have a never ending appetite.

- Sadly, she has already had her first cold. I guess it is unavoidable when you have a sister who brings home her daycare germs. Luckily it was just some minor congestion, it could have been worse.
